If you take seriously the Twitter ramblings of Colts owner Jim Irsay, the team appears to be in the Brett Favre market.

After using his Twitter account to ask fans what free agent QB the Colts should pursue if Peyton Manning isn't ready for the opener, Irsay says he's in Hattiesburg, Miss., near Favre's home in Kiln.

Manning had May surgery on his neck and said he won't play in the preseason.

Favre, 41, retired once again this offseason after a 20-year career.

Rodney Stuckey may not return as the Pistons point guard in 2011-2012.  They may choose his replacement in the 2011 NBA Draft in the person of Brandon Knight out of the University of Kentucky.

Knight was a clutch player at Kentucky and was a leader on a Wildcats team that made a run in the tournament before bowing out to the eventual champion UConn Huskies.  If Knight joined the Pistons, he could join three UConn alumni in Richard Hamilton, Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva.
